McNaughton Day Care is all about providing the highest quality care for your child or children.  We are small so we can best care for each child.  Our hours are:

Monday - Friday

6am - 5:30pm

We provide breakfast and lunch as well as snacks throughout the day.  All meals and snacks are healthy and organic.

We offer age appropriate educational lessons daily.  Swim lessons offered during the warmer months when teachers are available.

Due to the pandemic we are only offering virtual tours and video interviews.  We also have a COVID-19 separate sick policy.

Child Safety

All adults working in the day care have completed at least 15 hours of pediatric and adult CPR and First Aid courses as well as Health and Safety - Illness Prevention courses as required by the law and live scan background checks by FBI and Department of Justice agencies are completed prior to anyone caring for children.  We have a nanny camera recording our daily activities to ensure the highest level of safety for all children.

We also have an AED machine for emergency use (all employees are trained and certified in AED)

Our Team

​

Stephanie & Joey McNaughton are the owners of McNaughton Day Care.  They have 4 children ages 16, 7, 5 and 1.  They both love children and enjoy spending their days caring for all of them.  

​

Nayely Gaxiola has been working with us since October 2019.  She is fluent in English and Spanish and helps teaching the kids to speak as well as teaching English letters, words, numbers, etc.  She loves having circle time with them daily, giving them group activities such as age appropriate games, music, dancing, painting, play doh and much more.

One of Nayely's favorite activities with the children is science experiments, crafts and teaching.  Nayely is currently enrolled in college and is pursuing her teaching credentials.

We have a 11 year old Yorkshire Terrier.  He's very good with children and he's hypoalergenic.  He's current on all his immunizations and very sweet.  Child safety is our number one concerns so please let us know if you feel uncomfortable about the dog, he is crate trained and spends most of his time voluntarily in his bed.  We also have a very sweet and social guinea pig who is very friendly.  She does not bite and she loves coming out and saying hi to the kids.
